This question comes up quite a bit in the social media world. I follow the drama in the “YouTube streets” but I’m sure the drama is in other places such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
There’s a vocal group of Afrocentric YouTubers that post their opinions frequently and almost invariably they have some type of beef with another vocal YouTuber. Then you have a larger group of followers who egg on the drama creating a vicious cycle. It’s good entertainment if you’re into that type of thing, but it’s also toxic.
