Cancellation & Refund

We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an order. You can cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact our customer service team with your order number. For orders that have already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions. Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. For subscription services, you may cancel at any time, but refunds will only be issued for unused periods. Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the download process has begun. In the event that we need to cancel an order due to unavailability or other issues, we will promptly notify you and provide a full refund.

We strive for customer satisfaction and offer a fair refund policy. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in some cases. For digital products or services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for custom or personalized items.
